TB Contractors works with a great team of subtrades.   Our excellent working relationship with these trades allows the building process to continue in an efficient manner without delays.  They also bring a wealth of knowledge and experience which results in a quality home and satisfied customers. 

• Graham Gray from Aardvark Electric is our electrician who has been in the trade for over 40 years. 
• Gary Husband from Husband Plumbing is our plumbing expert.  
• Jack and Bob Rotar from Rotar Excavators are very knowledgeable of the Creston Valley and are experts in their field. 
• We believe we have the best drywaller within five hundred miles in Tom Watson of Watson Drywall. 
• Craig Janzen of Craig’s Redi-Mix Concrete takes great pride and care in giving us the best concrete anywhere.  
• Lastly, Kozy Heating has become the installer of the heating and cooling systems in our homes.
